Three-phase proposal: Phase 1 would convert a former Kmart on the south side of Raton into a data center drawing up to 5 MW, with later phases at a nearby power station and the city airport over roughly five years, totalling up to 50 MW. Nothing is approved, the feasibility study period ran to early August 2026 and the City Commission must still authorize any development. Atterix was incorporated in Colorado in December 2025.
