Its own release, the PR Newswire distribution (2026-02-24) and Building Industry Hawaii (March 2026) all report it. Building 2 is a 15,500+ sq ft, $13M building on an additional 5 acres of company-owned land, with Ralph S. Inouye Co. as general contractor.
