York County sold 173 acres to QTS on 2023-07-26; QTS also purchased additional private land, so total campus acreage exceeds the county-sold figure. Investment reflects the $1 billion figure in the 2023 state announcement; York County's current page cites 'over $8 billion' in committed long-term investment for the campus. Coordinates are an approximate geocode of Hands Mill Highway.
