One site under two names: Potentia Inc. is the site developer of the 1,000-acre Heartland Industrial Park on US 41 near the Merom Generating Station, and Fluidstack is the anchor tenant/operator building the campus (both sources describe the same 15-acre fire-station donation and the same $50M community payment).
