Notes on the record
Cascade Digital Power was formed in 2022 by Digital Power Optimization, Wiconi Hydro and a family office to monetize surplus output from a 1908 hydroelectric plant that had fallen into disrepair. Four employees (three plant, one IT). Bitmain S19j Pro ASICs. Local town and county officials were unaware of the operation when it began. Coordinates are the Hatfield locality geocode, not a parcel-confirmed point.
