On Highway 169 in Blue Earth, MN (county seat of FARIBAULT County, note this is NOT 'Blue Earth County', which is a separate county to the east whose seat is Mankato; classic MN city/county name trap, verified via Wikipedia/Data Commons before writing this). AAIM's own site lists this as 'Minnesota 1', 15MW, in-service June 2025, described elsewhere (DCD, 2024) as an 'HPC/cryptomine' facility; AAIM's own copy says it serves 'high-performance computing, enterprise data, and crypto mining needs', classified facilityType=data_center/aiClassification=mixed_use rather than crypto_mining because AAIM operates it as multi-tenant colocation (landlord model) rather than mining for itself, unlike Revolve Labs. 10,000 sq ft facility. AAIM's CEO (Levesque) is also CTO of crypto-mining-hardware firm Hash House Tech, noted for context, not fact-changing.
